Designed for parents and their babies, this 4-week program offers a relaxed, supportive space to learn gentle baby massage techniques that promote relaxation, sleep, and healthy development. You’ll build confidence in reading your baby’s cues, strengthen your bond, and enjoy meaningful connection with other parents—all while gaining practical, evidence-based skills guided by an experienced Midwife and IMIS Certified Infant Massage Instructor.
