Returns for Products
We have a 30-day return policy for faulty products (e.g., midwifery teaching models and teaching resources). This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info@educatedbirthsolutions.com.au. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items and services are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items)
- Sale items

Cooling-Off Period
At Educated Birth Solutions, we do not offer a cooling-off period or exchanges for products or services purchased through our website. All sales are final once processed.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and details prior to purchase. Educated Birth Solutions is not responsible for exchanges or refunds due to incorrect choices or changes in preference.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must meet the return criteria outlined above, including being unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You receive the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
